FullHD-enabled LCD TVs, or models with a native resolution of 1.920 x 1.080, were only available in the 37-inch class and larger until a few months ago. However, for some time, the first 32-inch televisions with FullHD support have been available from specialised electronics retailers.
The LE-32A656A1F is the first of these models that support 1080p native – and manages to do this for 24p playback as well (24 frames per second), which is why we have selected this model from the A65 series. There are other models in 37, 40, 46 and 52 inch sizes.
The Samsung LE-32A656A1F is delivered in a sturdy, 91 x 75 x 19 cm box. The weight including packaging is 18,4 kg.
Recently, an LE-32A659A1F has also become available, which is absolutely identical with the LE-32A656A1F in terms of technical data. When we asked Samsung, we received the reply that both models are the same in principle and only the contrast is a little higher on the A659.
