Situated on an artificially created island in the Osaka bay, Kansai Airport is record-breaking, anyhow. Now the aerodrome has gained another tourist attraction: By the middle of the week, the world's greatest plasma display was put into operation.

The 200-inch display not only impresses with its immense screen diagonal, but also with the fact that it is curved. Measuring four metres in height and three in width, the display is not intended to show possible flight information but rather shall serve for entertaining and welcoming of guests.
